Karla Downing and has been practicing massage therapy, alignment education, meditation and breath work for over 40 years. She loves helping people get into their bodies and move with more ease and comfort. She has studied many techniques that support this works such as Pilates, Feldenkrais, Yoga, Egoscue and Gokhale methods.
The suggested donation is $5-$10 a session.
