Coaching Packages

Starter Coaching Packages - This starter package will determine your current stress level (in various areas), review and clarify future goals and assist you in creating a plan to move toward them in a practical and sustainable way.

Starter Coaching package:

This starter package includes: 

  1.  Determining your current stress level by taking a Validated stress and well-being assessment (can only be administered by Certified HeartMath Coaches/Mentors-- see link for more info) and a 30 min in-person or zoom/skype/facetime review of the results
  2. 30 min review of your goals/vision of the future 
  3. 30-45 min discussion of a mutually-developed plan to move forward in a way that is sustainable for you 
  4. Optional Biowell Energy Camera (extra cost) (see link) 
  5. At no extra charge you can experience the serenity and relaxation of the land if you choose the in-person coaching! (put link about the Land here)

Stress Buster or Spiritual Boost Coaching package!

This package provides a wonderful synergy creating deep relaxation and stress release by combining:

 

  1. The Land of Light - You will begin to relax as you drive into the Land of Light. This very special 40 acres of peace is both beautiful and inspirational.

 

  1. Stress and Well-Being Assessment - To help gain an overview of the level of stress you may be experiencing and identify which areas are most in need of improvement.

 

  1. Energy Genesis - This is one of our clients favorites! You simply lie on a roomy memory foam bed within the light-sound healing chamber, listening to wonderful sound-healing music with full color spectrum light. This provides deep relaxation which allows the body to heal at all levels.

 

  1. Stress-Relief Coaching (50-60 minutes) Our coaching includes a personalized combination of inspiration, our amazing array of techniques/tools, possible suggested reading and insight of the New Science that you can benefit from combined with our expertise and training - all to support your intentions and goals.

 

  1. Follow-up Coaching (50-60 minutes) We will meet with you again within 30 days of your 1st coaching session. We know it is hard to make lasting change. We are there to support you in sustaining changes and in determining your next steps, as you move forward to meet your goals and intentions!

 

Coaching Packages:

We take the information from the Starter Package and design a package just for you!.

Our unique experiences and training allows us to provide coaching on a variety of topics such as: athletic and work performance, spiritual direction, stress relief techniques, increasing creativity, dealing with negative emotions, addressing health-related challenges and more.

These packages include personalized coaching, and can include (pending your need) a variety of our classes/workshops, cutting-edge modalities/technologies that we offer (see below).  All of which are available on the Land of Light where you get to experience the synergistic effect of the serenity of nature.  Pricing will vary pending on the modalities and or technologies provided with coaching.
