The first is Kids Connection to help support Children and Parents to become mindful in their daily lives. There will be a variety of mindfulness and movement actvities for parents and kids. Actvities such as Yoga, Mindfulness practice, Emotional and body awareness, movement activities and more. All ages are welcome.
The second is Mindfulness Movement with Karla. Where you will use a combination of techniques and methods that support alignment and is appropriate for your body. Experience moving in a fun, safe way, See how powerful it is to direct your breath to differnt parts of your body, get inspired to have a home maintenance routine.
